5-G PHONES PLANNED TO DESIGN BY QUALCOMM.

Qualcomm inc tells, it will put 5th – generation or 5 G, technology into chips powering mid-priced mobile phone’s. Which were expected to be in next year. By expanding the use of chips which were used such as in Samsung Galaxy S-10 5 G phones. These phones are now-days very costly but it is estimated that all 5 G phone cost raise down nearly after 2019.

These chips require snapdragon 8 series (not sure). Which were typically been from San Diego chip suppliers, most expensive line. 5 G networks which are already proved to be faster than the 4 G networks. And Qualcomm is already supplying phone makers with a chip of 5 G wireless data networks.

In Berlin IFA it is too be planned to support 5 G into Snapdragon 6 and 7 series devices which are lower in cost. Qualcomm said in remarks prepared for the IFA tech fair in Berlin. By which 5G mobile phones lower in cost which is easily sell in the future, mostly flagship devices priced at a premium. Generally, Qualcomm’s 6 and 7 series Snapdragon chips are found in devices from Vivo, Motorola, Xiaomi and Oppo that retail in range of nearly 300$.

It is believed by analysts that all 5 G networks will spur many consumers to upgrade their phones after years of market stagnation. Qualcomm is one of the world’s biggest supplier of mobile phone chips, was early to the market with 5 G modem chips to connect phones to networks but face intense competition.

Nowadays, Huawei Technologies Co Ltd has plans for new high-end smartphones such as Mate 30, which have feature 5 G capabilities but will use chip which is developed by Huawei’s subsidiary HiSilicon named Kirin 990 chip.

Taiwan based MediaTek Inc earlier has announced a 5 G smartphone chip, this year.

About 5-G network :

Chipmakers and smartphone companies said about 5 G network that it hits globe in 2019, which promises for speed up to 45 Mbps to 1 Gbps. It has better downloading speed and uploading speed. which reduces the overall time taken by the network to upload and download. It will provide more stable networks and increase energy efficiency.

It is nearly much more better than the existing data speed, nearly 100 times if it provides 1 Gbps of downloading speed. The international telecommunication union (ITU) lays out the various technical standards for the telecom industry. Other organizations, such as the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP), are also involved in this process.

Like other cellular networks, 5 G networks using system of cell sites which are spread through radio wave. which were already divided into their territory of sectors and send encoded data.

A balanced cell site is required for network backbone which can be wired or wireless backhaul connection.

OFDM is a type of encoding which were is used in 5G networks and it is similar to encoding type which is used into 4G -LTE. Its interface with much lower latency and have greater flexibility in comparison to 4G LTE networks.

The radio system which about 30 percent better speed than airwaves used in 4G LTE networks.5G networks require better source point system than previous systems.

Qualcomm says that the 5G networks have four times boosted capacity over current systems by leveraging wider bandwidths and advanced antenna technologies.

In four cities Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Washington DC Phoenix at the end of May July and August sprint launches the 5G networks. It has broader coverage than the other carriers do, at least for now because it using the normal mid bands. T- Mobile is only using an average of 31 MHz of spectrum at 600 MHz current systems by leveraging wider bandwidths and advanced antenna technologies.

The first round of 5G phones only support some of the 5G systems being used in the US—and different models support different bands. Currently in Moto Z3 and Moto Z4 in Motorola models and also in Samsung Galaxy S10 and Note 10 plus the 5G network chips device are used. 

5G home internet shows one major advantage over 4G that is huge capacity. Carriers can’t offer competitively priced 4G home internet because there just isn’t enough capacity on 4G cell sites for the 190GB of monthly usage most homes now expect. This could increase home internet competition in the US, where, according to a 2016 FCC report, 51 percent of Americans only have one option for 25Mbps or higher home internet service. For its part, Verizon says its 5G service will be unlimited.

Moreover, the new 5G NR (New Radio) mobile network will be backed up by Gigabit LTE coverage foundation, which will provide ubiquitous Gigabit-class connectivity,that all about 5 G network.

As with previous generations of mobile networks, it will take time to proliferate the new 5 G network. 4 G – L T E will continue to grow and serve as the anchor of the 5 G mobile experience (via multi-connectivity) for many years to come by providing Gigabit data rates outside 5 G coverage areas only.
